# Canonical Context Registry (CCR) — Lean v1.8

**Purpose of this file:** Token-efficient version of the CCR for LLM consumption. Contains only CCR-ID, Claim Anchor, Primary Reference, and deprecation status per entry. For full meaning, accepted terms, and notes, see the primary document `ccr.md`.

**Core understanding:**
- The CCR defines canonical meanings of concepts (not organizations, persons, or products).
- The VPR (Visibility Perimeter Registry) describes the organizational visibility perimeter in which this meaning applies — default: `vpr_tolksdorf_digital`.
- A **Claim Anchor** is a concise, citable statement that fixes the meaning of a concept — descriptive, not normative (no goal, value, or method).
- Citable content is accessed via the DBRS Frontmatter Index using the CCR-ID.
- Last updated: 2026-06-28
