Trusted Intelligence
Systems that understand people - and make an impact
Where do people and business stand when AI joins the team?
Human strengths and trustworthy AI are combined so that accepted, quality-guided systems emerge - systems that achieve more together than on their own.
Trusted Intelligence stands for solutions where human values, judgment, and responsibility set the frame - and AI contributes its strengths where it meaningfully supports people. The result is orientation, clarity, and effective action, instead of technology for its own sake.
We have endless new and creative work ahead of us. We only have to do it â consciously, responsibly, and together.
~ Rainer Tolksdorf
Samy makes Trusted Intelligence tangible
Samy is an AI-supported innovation generalist who puts the principles of Trusted Intelligence into practice: he understands intent, answers questions on innovation, digitalization, IT, and related topics, and supports real decision situations - GDPR- and EU AI Act-aligned, with ethics checks running in the background. Responses draw on a broad, scalable knowledge base and are always framed responsibly.
Responsibility for decisions and their implementation remains with people.

Why AI-driven innovation?
We developed Samy to make serious, value-based AI assistance usable in companies - with a focus on data protection, professionalism and clarity. Samy is part of our âInnovation with Joyâ vision and supports the 7C-CI/CD Method for structured innovation management.
Can customers use Samy + Team?
Of course! Customers can also get their own instanceâon-premises or hosted in a data center of their choice.
What else can Samy + AI Team be used for?
- For example, on websites as competent contact person available 24/7
- In the engineering process (Collaborative AI Supported Engineering - see below)
- Support during the innovation process (e.g. Experience Innovation 7C-CI/CD - see below)
- For automated internal processes (workflow)
- As a completely open sparring partner
- Find and prepare information across data silos
- And much more
Which LLM models can be used?
In principle, the usual large language models (LLM) can be set up and used according to customer requirements. The use case should also be taken into account. Here, the French AI hosted in the EU by https://chat.mistral.ai is used.
- As an innovation generalist, Samy uses the LLM mistral large 2411.
- Samy's âcolleagueâ Alan, an IT expert, uses the LLM mistral codestral2501.
Users don't need to worry about who does what; they organize themselves.
What technology is behind the application?
Samy is hosted by Tolksdorf.digital at Hetzner in compliance with GDPR:
- Core component is the SME Opensource AI Hub based on parts of the Server Platfform SME-Opensource Package
- The open source workflow engine n8n (also part of the SME open source package), which can also be used for integration
- Large Language Models (LLMs) are sourced from Mistral. (chat.mistral.ai).Other LLMs such as those from openAI, and many more are possible too.
- Compatible to LangChain.
- Digital engineering for setup and customization
Data Protection & Responsibility, EU AI Act
â The EU AI Act is being complied with transparently (please refer to Self Declaration).
â No third-party tracking or profiling
â GDPR-compliant storage at Hetzner (Germany, ISO 27001)
â A dedicated AI monitors compliance with humanistic and scientific principles.

Experience Innovation 7C-CI/CD â Our Innovations Process
Samy supports innovation projects along seven stages (7C-CI/CD), including context clarification, idea generation, realization and validation. The process is based on proven methods such as lean innovation, ISO 9001:2015 and modern AI technologies.
AI as Part of the Team â Our Core Understanding at Tolksdorf.digital
At Tolksdorf.digital we see Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a Business Partner or a extremly performant Team Member, with a ton of knowledgeâbut like any team member, it needs good, clear conditions (context) to work well. AI is always part of processes whose results are represented by process owners.
- Great results don't happen by chance â they require respectful communication, clear instructions, and well-designed processes 7C-CI/CD.
- AI is not human and has no feelings â however, AI can respond to this and always give factual answers.
- AI works based on data, not intuition â it needs context, clarity of goals, and regular feedback.
- AI can make mistakes, even when trying its best. Thatâs why we, as a company, take responsibility for recognizing, correcting, and managing those errors through appropriate safeguards.
This attitude is the basis for effectiveness and efficiency and makes our ethical approach uniform and humane:
We donât treat AI as a magical tool, but as part of a collegial system â with responsibilities, boundaries, and a shared mission: better decisions, better solutions, better collaboration.
Collaborative AI Supported Engineering (CAISE)
AI as a member of the engineering team â reinforcement rather than replacement
At Tolksdorf.digital, human engineers and AI work hand in hand: artificial intelligence analyzes and makes suggestions, while humans make decisions and take responsibility.
Our approach:
- Leveraging synergy: instantly available AI information meets human creativity and intuition
- Diverse sources: Education, specialist literature, experience, and AI complement each other in the continuous Experience Innovation Process
- Iterative development: Rapid prototyping with AI support, quality through human expertise
- Shared responsibility: AI as a competent sparring partner, final decisions made by humans
Practical Example: Samy and IT expert Alan demonstrate this collaboration every dayâfrom analysis to implementation, always under human guidance.
Result: Faster development speed with better quality by combining traditional engineering methods with AI support.

Learning with AI â Structured, Not Random
AI is not a replacement for education â but when used correctly, it becomes a catalyst for active and meaningful learning.
Our approach to learning with AI:
- AI as a coach or mentor: Not aimless chatting, but focused support within a structured learning process â e.g., following SCRUM or 6C-CI/CD principles.
- Combining sources: Video content, expert literature, web research, and AI work best in synergy.
- Iterative learning: Develop ideas, test them, reflect â and validate with AI.
- Practical relevance: Apply knowledge, deepen understanding, and anchor it sustainably.
This turns AI from a gimmick into a serious learning partner for individuals, teams, and organizations.
